Is HHC Legal In Hawaii?

HHC is partially legal in Hawaii. HHC is not textually banned in Hawaii as a cannabinoid. However, this state prohibits smokable and inhalable hemp, so hemp flower, hemp leaf, cigarettes, and vapes are illegal.

This regulation also prohibits cannabinoid-infused foods and beverages, such as gummies. For the time being, the only products allowed in Hawaii are tablets, capsules, tinctures, and soft gels that do not exceed the 0.3% THC threshold.
