Returns/Exchanges

Direct Hemp customers have 30 days from the date an order is delivered to initiate a return or exchange on unopened and unused products. (See our Return Process and Exchange Process below.) If you have any questions about whether your product is eligible for return or exchange, please email us at support@directhemp.com. (Please make sure this email address is added to your contacts so the emails don't end up in your spam folder.)

  • Direct Hemp will only accept returns and provide refunds or exchanges for products ordered through the DirectHemp.com website.
  • Direct Hemp will not accept returns, or initiate refunds or exchanges, on products that have been unsealed, opened, used or are outside of the 30-day return window. 
  • Because everyone metabolizes CBD, hemp, and THC differently (and each person's flavor tolerances are unique), Direct Hemp does not offer a money back guarantee.
  • Products purchased at sale prices (such as those under "Save Big" or those on close-out) are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Return Process 

Once you have initiated the return process and your return has been approved for refund, Direct Hemp will email you a label so the product can be shipped back at our expense. You'll need to pack the product in a way that ensures it won't be damaged in transit, print the label, stick the label to the package, and mail it out. Upon receipt of the unopened, unused, sealed, and resaleable product, a refund will be made to your original payment source. 

Exchange Process

Once you have initiated the exchange process and your exchange has been approved, Direct Hemp will email you a label so the product can be shipped back at our expense. You'll need to pack the product in a way that ensures it won't be damaged in transit, print the label, stick the label to the package, and mail it out. Upon receipt of the unopened, unused, sealed, and resaleable product, the replacement product will be mailed out and tracking information will be provided.
